Rockfish Valley Trail 8/15/14

Finally! After a few months of not-so-great birding on the trail, there were quite a few birds out this morning, especially for mid-August. I was on the trail from 9:20 to 11:20, and saw 30 avian species, including lots of Cedar Waxings, Ruby-throated Hummingbirds, Eastern Phoebes, Blue-gray Gnatcatchers, and Indigo Buntings, plus a few species that I haven't seen on the trail for a while. More birds were seen in the second hour than in the first hour.
