Ridgeview Park in Waynesboro is rapidly becoming one of my favorite birding locations. The only negatives I can say about this park are that the wooded area is fairly dark for photography, and depending on the day/time, there can be a lot of "walker-talkers" on the trails. I was there this morning from 9:30 until noon, and saw 37 avian species, including 12 warbler species: American Redstart, Black-throated Blue, Black-throated Green, Blackburnian, Blue-winged, Cape May, Chestnut-sided, Magnolia, Northern Parula, Ovenbird, Pine, and Tennessee. There were quite a few interesting woodland bird species as well.
