I did a short hike here in Stoney Creek. There was a small flock of Lesser Scaup in Lake Monocan - I have only seen this species in this lake a few times. Northern Rough-winged Swallows have returned.

Field Sparrows seem to have more color in their plumage at this time of year, and a pair of Tufted Titmice were checking out a potential nesting site in my back yard.
