The sun was out this morning, and it was a little warmer and less windy than yesterday. The temperature when I left the hotel was 36 degrees. Soon after turning onto Egypt Road, I saw my first Red-tailed Hawks of this trip. A pair of them were perched on a power line, but took off as soon as I got out of my car for some photos. I stopped along the farm fields on Egypt Road, and saw a few Killdeers.

The Bald Eagles were out again, and I saw some new duck species for this trip.

There were thousands of Canada Geese, and I am sure that some of them were Cackling Geese, but I didn't spend much time looking for this species. However, the geese in the following photo have really small bills, and are most likely Cackling Geese.

After my first loop on Wildlife Drive, I continued around on Key Wallace Drive past the entrance to Wildlife Drive, and stopped to watch some American Crows chasing a Red-tailed Hawk.

I stopped again just a short distance later when I saw a Bald Eagle perched in a tree. It let me take a few photos of it before taking off.

I returned to the start of Wildlife Drive, and had a close fly-by of a Northern Harrier, and then saw another Red-tailed Hawk.
