It was a pleasant morning to be out birding, but rather windy, and I think that many of the birds were hunkered down. I ended up with 20 avian species, including a Blackpoll Warbler (unusual for Old Trail), and my first-of-season White-throated Sparrow. I ran into two other birders here in Old Trail who said that they had seen Tennessee Warblers, a Lincoln's Sparrow, Pine Siskins, and a Bobolink, but I didn't see any of these species this morning.
