Red-shouldered Hawk

It's that time of year again for our resident Red-shouldered Hawks here in Old Trail. Here is a sequence of photos from this morning. When I was near the golf course pond and saw one of the hawks perched and calling for its mate, I knew to watch for a couple of minutes to see what might happen. Mama should be in the nest with eggs near the end of March, and little ones should be hatching in early May.
