Old Trail

I hadn't planned on going out birding today as the weather forecast was for strong thunderstorms this morning and early afternoon. But it's just been threatening to storm all day, although quite windy. So I went out from noon until 2 p.m. and ended up with 20+ avian species including 5 warbler species: Louisiana Waterthrush, Yellow Warbler, Common Yellowthroat, Pine Warbler (heard only), and American Redstart (probably heard). I didn't see or hear any Yellow-rumped Warblers or Yellow-breasted Chats. The Yellow-rumps must be gone now for the summer months.
